This site was born out of my frustration with what’s going on in the United States today. We as citizens are losing our rights. They are being governed away from us by various federal, state, and local governments in the name of safety, research and healthcare to name a few. While we’ve all sat idle, the world has changed. Our governments no longer respect the rights that America gave to it’s own citizens. The same rights that we’ve sent our soldiers to die for in other countries. It is time to do something about it. Even if you only have enough time to write a letter once a week it’s a start. Register to vote, and actually go do it in an informed way. That local office being filled by the canidate you know nothing about is the one that will probably affect you first with taxes and zoning decisions. Make sure your elected officials, all of them, actually represent you. And if they don’t, get them out of office. Yep, this is the beginning of my little soapbox. Comments will be welcome here, but they must be approved. No flaming (in other words love your brothers and sisters, at the very least, no disparaging remarks towards other commenters), and no profanity. This site needs to be family friendly. You don’t have to agree with me or anyone else to comment, just be polite and respectful and it’s cool. If you don’t like those rules, take it somewhere else. This website, much like the direction this country seems to be headed in, is a dictatorship. If you want to be mean or prove how smart you are by demeaning someone else, go get your own website. I won’t tolerate it here. Now that I’ve gotten that ot of the way, welcome. I hope I can enlighten, entertain or my ultimate hope, move you to action.
